Here I'm getting up close and personal with a huge owl at a company outing on the Dutch island of Terschelling. It was my first trip there, and despite excessive and unannounced sportiness being required of me, I had a great time with my colleagues.

i'm terrified of owls after one landed on my head as a teen. He looks like he could pluck someone's eyes out~!
