Sorry for the long period of silence! I'm now on the U.S. (NYC to be more precise), having just spent a wonderful Christmas with family (including Wilbert!) and friends in Des Moines. Got to see some really special people I haven't seen for a while (including Tim above), and that trend will be continuing this week in NYC and next in Las Vegas!
